
Interesting stats about Cell phone features usage that indicate that smart phone companies and mobile vas start-ups should target men with college education aged 18-34. A Harris-Interactive study published by BusinessWeek shows that 18-34 year olds are driving the usage of top features on mobile phones in US.
The survey covered 2,365 adults. For people aged 55 years and above only 19% use the calendar and address book features on their phones and 15% download ringtones. But amongts people aged 18-34 -- 56% use the phone calendar and address book and 47% download ringtones.
The survey also found that Men tend to use more cellphone features and college education improves the likelyhood of using more features in cell phones.
