Photobucket, Flickr, Google Maps, Opera, Facebook, Meebo...all list in the award winners for best Web 2.0 apps in 2008. My disappointment with the list is that it is not showing much exclusivity -- for example all three competitors Flickr, Picasa, and Photobucket are in the list for Publishing and Photography. Bebo, Facebook, MySpace are all in the list for Social (see image below). Wonder if reducing the number of winners per category would have helped. Microsoft interestingly has made quite a few winners including Windows Live! A Newbies Guide is around...
