Keeping in touch with academia is a sure way of staying exposed to the newest ideas being churned out at business and technology schools. However, not everyone has the luxury or the opportunity to sign up for full-time or part-time courses…Work, family, other priorities do take up a lot of time. Here are some top University Resources (MIT, Stanford, Harvard…) I have found for reading cutting edge "working papers" in the field of innovation management, entreprenuership, hi-tech product development, globalization, strategy, leadership etc…

1. Harvard Business School, Working Papers on Technology Industry usually as crisply written as Harvard Business Review articles. Short and very readable.
2. MIT Center for Digital Business Indepth Write-ups in PDF format. Rich and well written.
3. Wharton School, Mack Center for Technology Innovation Often long, and often academic in tone and need time to read through
4. London Business School, Faculty Research great place with a well organized menu to search through articles by attributes such as Subject area, author etc.
5. Social Science Research Network SSRN is the Grand Daddy of Several University Academic Papers from all top US and International Schools like Stanford, Michigan, Virginia that you will find in BusinessWeek or WSJ's annual list…. A must place to bookmark.
