GigaOm and Huffingtonpost get VC backing

According to New.com VCs have started seeing money in Blogs. GigaOm a Technology blog by Om Malik and Huffingtonpost a site operated by "columnist and one-time California gubernatorial candidate" Arianna Huffington have got VC funding.
HuffingtonPost.com is ranked 10th by Technorati and GigaOm ranks 64 in Technorati.

According to the latest ComScore Data Yahoo! Search is showing a turnaround after losing Search market share to Google (GOOG) for 11 straight months.
